Ngondro Counting

Why use this sheet?

Never had a good system for keeping track of your Ngondro repetitions? Maybe this is just for you!

The system makes it easy to keep track of complete malas of meditation, and also quarter and half malas too.

Each square in the table represents 108 repetitions. So, every time you complete one mala, you trace over a complete square to mark it “as done”. However, if you only manage 27, 54 or 81 repetitions, simply trace over 1, 2 or 3 sides of the square.

The page also neatly fits into your Ngondro booklet and will not fall out, so you won’t lose it!

Never again forget your important repetitions!
